LESSONS

Matthew began teaching piano at the age of sixteen and has continued to pursue the craft by adding an emphasis in Piano Pedagogy to his Bachelors and extracurricular study in vocal pedagogy and philosophies of education.

His students have received top marks in competitions, examinations and public performances. In addition to piano, Matthew's experiences from theatre and collaborative piano have led to opportunities in vocal and dramatic coaching. 

 

Matthew enjoys investing in the lives of young students as well as mature learners, and commits himself to expanding student's appreciation for music and the arts in a structured but adaptable manner.

Though the arts can be rigorous to master, Matthew is a firm believer that people at all different stages of life from different backgrounds can better their view of themselves and the world around them through an enjoyable learning experience in music and drama.
